The Brief

Winch Riders was an extreme sports start-up company looking at launching a new product into the Australian market. We undertook a full launch to market strategy, including target market, competitor and risk analysis as well as brand management to help them further develop their brand. While they made the decision not to launch due to the risk involved in the product, it was an informed decision that prevented the inevitable headaches that would have arisen had they not done a full analysis beforehand.
